Assembling the massage chair is pretty straightforward and shouldn’t take long.
Parts we need to assemble:
Armrests
You can see the two lines for the armrest airbags taped to the chair.
Remove the tape from the lines so they’re sticking up:
Remove the screw at the back of the armrest frame:
Take the armrest, turn it sideways, and connect the air line:
Set the armrest on top of the frame, slide it into place, and put the screw back in:
Here’s what the armrest should look like now:
An inside view of the armrest and airbags:
Both armrests assembled:
Backrest Pad
This is the pad that sits on top of the backrest. The plug you see in the picture is for heat. Only the sides (darker area) are heated.
Find the connector sticking out near the back of the seat, connect it to the backrest pad, and place the backrest pad over the backrest:
Secure the pad by zipping it to the backrest:
The backrest pad has a flap that attaches to the top of the chair:
Controller / Remote
The controller sits in this holder that attaches to the side of the chair.
Line the holder up with the hole in the side of the chair:
Once the stud is sticking through, attach the nut on the other side:
Finished!
And remember, don’t use the chair if you’ve been drinking! 🙂

Hello Anthony ,
First of all , awesome website and detailed review . I was looking something like this because i probably will buy it in next 24 hours. Thanks for those measurements too , it helped alot. 2 questions.. does that neck thing massages ? like does it have moving parts ? or just a pillow type thing ? and how is the chair holding up now ? any problems ?

Thanks James. Sorry I didn’t get to your question sooner. For anyone else wondering – there’s not anything in the pillow besides foam, but the back rollers do go up that high, so they’ll reach your neck. No problems so far, although it’s only being used about once a week now.

On your first picture, you show a rectangular pad that is folded over. It is about 8-10″ wide and maybe 3 feet long. Where does that go? What is it for? Where does it go? There is a pouch on the back pad where it might fit, but not sure.

It’s a cushion to put over the back rollers if they’re too rough or painful.
